I would like to sell my stero system, but I don’t know how to find out a fair price to ask.

The components are Nakamichi. They are in perfect condition with a fabulous sound. I purchased them in 1987, so even though they have age on them, they sound as good as the first day. The components are CD Player (OMS 1A), Cassette deck which is probably not worth much, and SR 2A stereo receiver. I’m thinking the receiver and the speakers are what are worth the most. The speakers are heresy II loudspeaker system. Thanks if anyone can help me. I have lots of kids and grandkids that would grab them up in a minute, but I’m getting disgusted giving the ingrates so much.

CD players and recievers are really a dime a dozen. But, there is a loyal following for heresys. I would ebay the speakers and give the rest of the components to the kids.

I have never seen klipsch speakers that old before.but klipsch is very expensive so 150-200$.

You may be able to get more depending upon your audience. I don’t know which cassette deck you have, but Nakamichi cassette decks (and their reel-to-reel decks are what Nakamichi is most known for) were known back in the day as being the Rolls Royce of cassette decks, and still has a following today. I would recommend first and second.
