I have a Marantz 2060ML tuner that I like very much. I like using it for late night radio.

What year is the 2060ML from? Are they getting rare to find these days?

is a REALISTIC sta 2600 good thats what i have and every time i go to the thrift store maybe every 4 time i see someone just leaving with with a Marantz i get so pissed off!!

Just purchased the PM6003 and CD6003 in the silver finish. Although fairly new products, they still ooze old skool cool in their aesthetics.

When did Marantz sell out to the Japanese ?, when was their transitional period—”designed in USA~built to specifics in Japan” ?, it seems Harmon Kardon & Fisher did the same.

heres 1 for ya. marantz (superscope calif) had a 10″ monster reel to reel machine too. an over built sony i suspect. i saw it. touched it in the 70′s. you should scout it out for that collection.

i love old Marantz gear. I have a vintage Marantz 8B tube amp when Marantz was made in America. It has been completely parts upgraded and converted to triode operation. I have not heard another amp I would rather use.

The only modern components that still have that kind of visual appeal, are Macintosh. Nice, if you can afford them .
