It only seems to do this when the amp gets hot. When I initially turn it on it doesn’t make the whistling sound but after playing for a while it’ll start whistling. I’ve changed the power tubes and preamp tubes but it’s been a while, could it possibly be the 2 large rectifier tubes going bad?

My first guess would be that when it warms up, something loosens as it expands letting it vibrate. How high a pitch is the sound? It’s not uncommon for transformers to do this. Either it’s not mounted securely or it could have some laminations that have gotten lose.
