I&#039;m sure the manufacturer would have already optimised the circuit and values around a specific valve for the purpose it was intended for.
No, pinouts and even number of elements in a valve varies, also internal element connections may be different or even non- existant. 
If you&#039;re lucky, the filaments may be wired the same.
I seriously doubt you would gain anything trying to &quot;re- invent the wheel&quot;.</description>
